Joy

Every person needs joy to live a full, interesting and happy life. It is very hard to imagine a person who has never undergone this feeling. Joy is a feeling of relief, feeling of happiness and feeling of impressions. Do we really need that? And the answer is “Absolutely”, because we need to motivate ourselves during the whole period of life life with such kind of positive feelings. The joy is a kind of an indicator which shows that we are getting something important, something necessary from our life. And life itself is not meaningless. When people are hurt or offended by someone, they loose the feeling of joy, and the important thing is not to loose this feeling forever. Unfortunately there are a lot of surprises and circumstances when it seems that everything is awfull and we have nothing to do in this life, but that’s not a reason to forget about those little happy and beautiful things as kindness and understanding. Our life is complicated and individual. We always have to fight with depressions and bad mood, which were caused by several problems occuring everyday. But even when we are tired, even when we are bored, we need to leave a place in our heart for joy. Joy is the key to success.

Joy is everywhere

Birds are singing and that is joy. Sun is shining and that is joy. Sky is bright and that is joy. Trees are green and flowers are in blossom and that is joy. Joy is everywhere and all you have to do is just to take a closer look to the world around you. There is joy in this world and it is not that hard to find it and not that hard to see it. Actually, you don’t even have to look for it because it is right in front of you. Joy makes people bright and joy is the greatest and the sweetest and the best emotion people have. You don’t have to go some far way place in order to find it, and you don’t have to spend numbers of years for it. All you have to do is to look around you and you will see that joy. See, everything around you is joy and you can part this feeling or emotion, whatever, with other people. You can smile then and they may be surprised at first bad they will soon smile you back and it is the sign of parted joy. Part this joy you have with people around you and you will multiply it. Joy is inside of people and they only have to take it put.

What is Joy?

What is joy other than a fleeting smile or a profound moment? Joy is eternal and it lives inside all of us. We just have a hard time hearing our own joy as we race from one activity to another and we look toward our bosses and parents for acceptance and approval. Joy is not some mysterious gift that is only bestowed upon the best of the good, but it is there for all of us who wish to reach out and snatch it right out of the wind. That would be because joy is actually a state of mind rather than a destination or a card trick that only some people know. Joy is everywhere for those who want to see it. Joy is in the delight of having an imperfect job but a paycheck nonetheless. Joy is watching a squirrel in the window and waiting for the birds to finish off the food you left them. Joy is that squealing laughter from down the hall that is infectious even when you don’t know the joke. Joy is that moment you have in your mind when it all makes sense.

Not all of us can recognize joy when it finds us because we are trained not to recognize its presence. Our parents and out teachers, along with a few religious leaders, taught us that joy happens after the work is done. We are supposed to experience joy when it has been earned, and the lesson took.

Joy with more fun

Joy is here. It is right here. It is in the room with you. Joy is wherever you want it to be. I know that it is often possible to feel like you are alone and you aren’t pulling it together enough but the truth is there is joy sitting right here in the room with you. How do I know? Because joy is one of those elements that we get to run to whenever we want. All we have to do is burn the images of joy in our mind the same way we burn the painful ones in our minds. We are so apt to remember the pain and keep the pain so close to our hearts and we forget the times when joy absolutely overtook us. Yet if we choose to remember those times of joy, you can’t help but feel the spread of it all over you. Even if you have to close your eyes and melt out the moment, you can have your joy as you want it.We don’t do it because we don’t think it will motivate us to be better people. Really? Are you more productive and kinder when you are miserable and hanging onto the pain or is it joy that spreads around your world like hot peanut butter? Joy is right here any time you want it, and once you have it, you get to go and infect other people with it. Your joy is about as contagious as your misery, and spreading your joy all over people is just a lot more fun.

Joy

Joy is an amazing experience. Pure joy is truly a rare event in the lives of most people. In fact, joy is one of the least expressed emotions amongst Americans. This is because most of us have never been able to learn to live in joy let alone love in joy. Loving in joy comes from learning to love both yourself and others without a cloud of judgment. We often judge other people and we don’t even know it. When you are truly joyful, you do not need to give it up even momentarily for another person’s pain. You can cling to your own joy while fully loving another who is in pain.

We have this idea that being joyful in the presence of a person in pain is somehow selfish and uncaring. Why? We are not responsible for other people’s discomfort and we do not have to make ourselves less happy in order to be understanding. Allowing other people to control and be responsible for their emotions and only their emotions sets the ground work for living and living with joy. You are the master of your own happiness just as you are the master of your own sadness. How you choose to go through this world is up to you, but why would you give away your own joy in exchange for someone else’s sadness? We do it because we want the other person to feel better so that we don’t have to be uncomfortable about being joyous. Once we dispel with the belief that we have to embrace the unhappiness of another in order to earn our own joy, we can live as a much happier people.
